Today I’m sharing what may possibly be my all time favorite summer salad, Grilled Chicken, Peach and Avocado! For crunch there are nuts and for creaminess there is Feta cheese. Now put all these flavors together and drizzle the salad with that amazing vinaigrette. #summer #summersalad #peach #delicious #f4f #l4l #sugarydeliciosa #enjoybaking ———————————————————- •• For salad •• Your favorite lettuce Red onion Avocado Peach Grilled chicken Greek nuts Goat cheese / feta cheese ———————————————————- •• For vinaigrette •• 3–4 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon of honey 1 teaspoon mustard ———————————————————- In your bowl or large salad plate gently add lettuce mix, sliced onion, avocado, peach and grilled chicken strips. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese. Also I added sunflower seeds and some raspberries for extra color. To make vinaigrette, just mix together all ingredients until well blended and drizzle over the top of salad. There u have it! Sweet, savory, crunchy, creamy and of course healthy. It was everything you could hope for in a salad meant to be a main dish. Bon appetit!
